A reminder note I wrote for those days I forget
the lessons gifted to me by nature’s wonders.
I hope it finds you some day,
in moments you feel a little lost in this world
through constant change, may we all find our way

I asked the eagle for advice today
About how to spread my wings and fly away
And throw all caution to the wind
Take a leap of faith and jump right in

I heard a mother whisper to her babe
The first steps are the hardest ones to take
It's okay, if you shake
Get up and try again, you'll find the strength

Don't be afraid of change
You'll find the reason for your pain in time

I still have some questions for the ocean tide
